Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels. Serving temperature 16-18°C.

Attractive ruby to black cherry red colour. Dry and young Cabernet Sauvignon, with a nice intensity of black fruits, green herbs and sweet spices. Medium acidity, medium-plus body. Savoury taste of ripe cherry and black currant juice, young woody hints and tannins.

Food pairing: smoked meat, pork, red meat, starter courses with meat sauce, aged cheeses, grilled red meat.

Vegetarian: legumes, sapid dishes with mushrooms, squashes, olives and/or capers.
