Variety: 100% Glera.
An ancestral Prosecco from the Vigna Monti vineyard, which was planted from old Prosecco (Glera) clones. It is made with the indigenous (wild) yeast present on the skin of the grapes at the time of harvesting. Spontaneous fermentation process. After pressing, the must remains in contact with the skin for at least 6 months. No sugar added.
Deep golden colour. Delicate perlance. Rich and creamy.
