Pale colours ranging from lemon to gold, the greener the tinge the younger the wine. Aromas of pear, apple, flowers, citrus fruits, herbs, and minerals; can be lighter or more pronounced, depending on the level of ripeness from the vineyard and the winemaking process used. On the palate these wines are dry, crisp, with the right balance of acidity even if of a high level. A pristine finish, with hints of mineral.
