Refined and persistent perlage (effervescence), with a delicate and fragrant fruity flavour enriched with charming white floral aromas. Apple, pear and exotic fruits well balanced with lively acidity. A characteristic saltiness and a medium-sweet taste.

Ideal at any daily moment but particularly as an aperitif or with slightly sweet patisserie.
