Refined and persistent perlage (effervescence), with a delicate and fragrant fruity flavour enriched with charming white floral aromas. Apple, pear and exotic fruits well balanced with lively acidity. A characteristic saltiness and medium-dry sweetness.

Food pairing: Goes well with light fish and seafood dishes, pulses, creamy cheeses and lightly sweet or delicate cold cuts. Relativley straightfoward cooking method and preparation to bring out natural and essential flavours.
