An interesting and characterful Raboso Passito. The grapes are rack dried naturally for six months before pressing, which concentrates their sweetness. Its defining feature is its rustic feel, which comes from its acidic and tannic components.
Deep ruby red colour, with a bouquet of cherry jam and cherries, hint of vanilla. On the palate fresh, dry, acidic and tannic.
