Variety: Bordeaux blend with Marzemino. Aged for 24 months in small oak barrels. Serving temperature 18-20°C. Hand picked.

Intense and jammy aromas of cherry, strawberry, figs and prunes. Hints of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla. Full bodied, with a harmony between alcohol and acidity, well balanced with tannins, long aftertaste.

Food pairing: roast meat, hard cheeses, veal and game.

Vegetarian: heavy vegetarian main courses e.g. with aubergines, meaty mushroom, legumes or cereals.
