A medium intensity of straw yellow, with green tinges. Clean and delicate aromas of pear, quince, and butter. The taste is subtle and harmonious, pleasant mouthfeeling with white fruits and buttery notes due to the long process of stirring the lees by hand, followed by sur lie ageing. Slightly balsamic at the finish.
