Unoaked. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
Ruby red, with a good intensity.
Pleasant on the nose, with red berry notes and a touch of herbs. Thyme and mint flavours jump out of the glass and the structure is firm, yet elegant. Light in texture and body, with a hint of tannin in the crisp finish. Fresh, lively and enjoyable.
Food pairing: salty dishes, charcuterie, roast/grilled meat, barbeque, hard cheese. Polenta with stockfish in tomato sauce, anchovies with onion.
Vegetarian: risotto with mushrooms, legumes.
